A Voice for Belonging: We are thrilled to announce that RPS Language Justice Coordinator Luis Martínez has been named a Persona de Poder 2026 honoree. This prestigious award recognizes outstanding individuals who advance and uplift Virginia’s immigrant and Latino communities through their example, words, and actions.
